About me

Hi, I’m Zharene — the founder of ZYNC Digital Operations.

I’m a Virtual Assistant and Digital Support Specialist with a strong foundation in digital operations, organization, and content-focused support.

Before freelancing, I spent three years working in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting management teams, keeping daily operations running smoothly, and delivering accurate reports under tight deadlines. That experience shaped how I work today: structured, detail-oriented, and dependable with a clear understanding of how businesses function behind the scenes.

Through ZYNC, I provide remote administrative, digital, and operational support for professionals and small businesses who want clarity, consistency, and systems they can rely on. I enjoy turning scattered tasks into streamlined workflows and helping brands stay organized, visible, and supported as they grow.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me watching horror and mystery films, reading classic novels, or learning Spanish. Always curious, always building. :)
